How every job runs

A process your chief pilot can sign off on

  1. Walkaround and photos

We document the aircraft's condition before we touch it, and flag anything we see to your crew.

  2. Protect

Sensors, ports and openings protected per your aircraft’s approved procedures before any product goes on.

  3. Detail

Products matched to your paint and interior and applied by hand.

  4. Final inspection and report

Covers removed, a final walkaround, and after-photos sent to whoever needs them.

Ramp rules

What we never do on your aircraft

The worry with any outside vendor is what they might touch. Here is where we draw the line, on every job.

  • Never operate controls, switches or doorsYour crew sets the aircraft up. We work around it, not in it.
  • No cockpit work without your operator's OKFlight deck and avionics stay off limits unless you authorize it for that job.
  • No improvised coversSensor, pitot and static covers go on per your aircraft's procedures, by or under a qualified person, and are checked off before we leave.
  • No pressure washers or household cleanersHand-applied products matched to your paint, glass and interior.
  • Damage never goes unreportedIf we find a mark, or make one, your crew hears it from us first, in person, with photos.
